The owners are very hospitable. The sandwiches are tasty and a good value. Jackie’s 7-Up Pound cake is out of this world. E&Lis just down the road from Rocky Mount Mills and the Tar and Twine Tiny House hotel.

Hamburger meat bought already pattie out. Very dry. Onions on burger tasted sour.. Did not know how to cook over med eggs. . Two days I tried both times food not good. Took one bite of a burger. They took a dollar off bill. Will not be going back. I hope you see you can’t serve cheap food. Will close in 6 months if change are not made. Best of luck to you. YOU NEED GORDON RAMSEY.

The staff is very friendly at this restaurant and the food was very good!! I went in and sat down and had a very relaxing lunch!!! If you want to just unwind for lunch you should really visit E and L Southern Cuisine. I will definitely be going back
