Went for a quick lunch while my car was being worked on. I was seated immediately, but no one came to the table to offer water or anything else for over 5 minutes. What was happening was a minI staff meeting on the floor about shifts. When my server came over, he wanted to take my order right away without offering me a beverage. I had to ask for my water and coffee. Once my food was served, no one came back to check and see if I liked it or needed anything else. I could have used a steak knife to cut through the Enchiladas as they were not tender. After I was more than halfway through my lunch, I was offered salsa as an afterthought. Once I was clearly finished eating, no one asked if I wanted a box, dessert, the check; nothing. The staff were busy entertaining themselves and screaming-laughing like the place was closed. While I love good music and ambiance, I’m not sure the Latin rap mix was appropriate for lunch service.

Hello I wen’t here yesterday I’ve had worse meals. the waitress was very good she seems pretty sharp. and I like the the convenience. is very good because I was getting my car worked on. and these guys happen to be about a you know it seem like it’s about a half a mile walk. so is very convenient for that so I guess I should give them a higher rating for that. I had the steak omelette so if you’re wondering what I had. and home fries and English muffin. Happy spring.⛴️ They gave me an old man discount too .

The food comes out looking even better than the menu pictures and tastes great. Exactly what you want in a breakfast diner plus Mexican food. Coffee is classic diner coffee and served in huge mugs. Came in on a whim and super happy I did.

1 star for hot pancakes. The rest was AWFUL. Mimosas were warm and barely any “champagne” in them. Our chilaquiles were so soggy and cold, our eggs were soooo over cooked and the steak was meh and cold. Worst breakfast ever.

Beware of this place, the server was rude and we order Caldo de Res and the food was tasteless and the waitress wanted us to pay for the food to take it or left it there. They are rude without actually trying the food because the food it has no flavor at all. Caldo de res should not taste like fish. This place is located in Burien WA. I could actually not taste the food because it was disgusting, my dad didn’t even wanted to touch his food .

El Super Pollo is a wonderful place to eat.Its a place that’s Authentic however they’re also American, so they offer dishes for those whose palettes aren’t as cultured as others. American classics also have a place on El Super Pollos menu. I was so glad I tried this place.I always knew it was there because the parking lot is always full. However, when I went there I was seated within 2 minutes. Excellent Food, Excellent service and clean bright eating area.

Horrible service. Rude waitress. Ordered to go but decided to eat there. I’m a healthcare worker and only have a 30 minute lunch. She said it wasn’t allowed because we ordered to go. I explained that I only had 20 minutes left for my break and they still said no. The food was ready and they were really slow. There were plenty of tables available. I said you’d rather waste the food and lose a customer? They said yes! So won’t be going back. Ate at El Antojos in Burien instead… not only did they let us eat our to go order there, they gave us a free quesadilla when we told them about our experience at El Super Pollo.
