This is THE taco truck for northwest Des Moines. (And Beaverdale/Merle Hay.) It’s exceptionally clean, great location, has an actual paved parking lot, and tables and umbrellas. They use pagers so you can wait in the shade.

Tried the flautas in Roja Sauce. Super freaking yummy burned my mouth out which is what I’m looking for. Also tried 3 lengua tacos with roja sauce grilled jalepena super yummy!! Got my husband the pollo y pastor burrito and he LOVED it. My 2 year old had a medium chorizo quesadilla and ate all but two bites. We also tried the guapo churro caramel with ice cream. Totally fresh totally amazing!
