I am very disappointed. The beans taste like they are from a can. The rice tasted boxed. The relleno looked like a small egg roll and the flavor over all was bland. I used to come here because it was authentic and reminded me of our home made food. Not any longer. I hope things change.

Service was horrible Go inside for a reason sitting at a table drinking my tea eating chips and salsa sat there forever almost got up to leave they bring my food out in a to-go container I sat down for a damn reason horrible service ridiculous Wait staff needs trained and communicate together I will never go back into that place again The hell with that… I wouldn’t recommend that place to anybody… And to put the icing on the cake The food is cold it is horrible and I shake my head to the staff you need to figure it out it’s ridiculous

3.75 I had the big combination. Alot of food. To me was just average not much flavor or seasoning. Tortilla chips and taco shell was stale. The older lady with pony tail that other reviews are talking about. You can tell she’s trying so hard to be nice with fake smile but she is grumpy. Glad I tried but pry never be back. Nothing exciting.

We went to El Taco Loco II today for my father’s birthday…The service was horrible; We had to ask several times for silverware even after our food was served; The staff was unfriendly and did not check back even once after the food was served; Dishes were left on our table after eating, and we had to ask that they be removed before our dessert arrived; and, Food was mediocre for the price. The place wasn’t even that busy and there were plenty of people working. A HUGE thumbs down. Don’t waste your time or your money.

We got take out today, and they forgot the soda. No big deal, so we came back to get it after a scheduled doctor’s appointment. However, they would not give my fiance the soda that I had already paid for. He was told to come back tomorrow? So he brought me in while they made a phone call to ask if we could have our soda that we purchased? I mean it’s a 2$ soda. I’ve worked in fast food, I’ve worked in customer service for years, and this reaction over a forgotten soda is extreme. I feel it is not appropriate to make a big deal over a single forgotten item. Make it right and make your customers happy. The business doesn’t lose out on much except a soda. But a bad review and someone constantly steering people away from that business does a lot more harm. I won’t recommend simply because of how this situation was handled.

Service was great..but the quality of food is going down. The green chili was very watery. What happened?? The portions are good but the food is no bueno. The shredded beef looked like it had been rewarmed a few times. DID they change cooks? I’ll just go to the one in Brighton much much better
