Good vibes, the food is a bit pricey but decent portions. I ordered the Menudo and it was $15 and only one size available I was kinda taken back when she told me the price but I was very happy with the BIG to go cup filled to the brim, came with a choice of fresh Corn or rice tortillas Parcley flakes, chopped raw onions with Cilantro and two sides of hot sauce.. The soup was fantastic!

El Tajín has AMAZING authentic Mexican food. They are a fairly new restaurant to the area and have only been open for 8 months. Their staff spoke Spanish and English which we always appreciate. Their table salsa was very good with a bit of spice to it which we enjoyed. The birria cosomé was one of the best we have ever had! My tacos were jammed packed with meat that had perfect seasoning. You can really tell their food is fresh and prepared daily. The restaurant is small but perfect for groups of 4. The restaurant is door dash available and offers take out. Quick meal and excellent customer service. Definitely recommend 100%

Absolutely wonderful! Here visiting from out of town, and this is easily some of the most authentic, and delicious Mexican food I’ve ever had. The fact that we were the only patrons in there on a Saturday afternoon is really disheartening. Toledo folks—show this wonderful family run restaurant some support! They more than deserve it.

First, I always love fruit waters, and the pina colada was excellent. Steak fajitas were yummy with a little kick. Rice was well flavored and moist. Then of course there is the menudo, hubby loved it. Hard to find here in Toledo. Reasonable priced and I just found out they deliver. Definitely a place to check out!!

Best cow tongue I’ve ever had, this place is 10/10. I’m from the Southwest and Authentic Mexican restaurants were around every corner and this place beats most of them. This is the real deal and it’s amazing all around. Staff is super friendly, food is amazing, with great prices. The amount of food you get with the dinner feels like I’m robbing them. Service is always fast too and even if it were slow it’s definitely worth the wait. But there isn’t a wait. Longest I ever waited for a meal was 15 minutes and they apologized for the wait. I wasn’t in a hurry and they definitely weren’t slow. I can’t wait to explore their menu on the many trips I plan on taking there.
