Everything was absolutely delicious. Very authentic Mexican food. Both flour and corn tortillas were homemade.

The food here is incredible and the owner is so hospitable. Best torta I have ever had, rice and beans were amazing, hand made tortillas, even the coffee was on point. Everything under $10. Love this little hole in the wall and hopefully can make it back soon. Bring cash!

One of the BEST Mexican Taco joint I’ve found in Florida. Legit, and worth getting off the highway for the Taco…like a typical small hole in the wall taco stand! Delicious. Can’t wait to come by again.

Very authentic Mexican restaurant. Order out, because the food is good, but the seating area could use a lot of cleaning. Including sticky tables and chairs, and a bathroom that makes you want to hold it until you get home. God only knows what the kitchen looks like.

Homemade corn tortillas, gordito (stuffed, fried(?) – like a papusa but crunchy)…other options you do not see in the chain tex-mex. We loved the green salsa. This is a place worth making a road trip, just for the food.

We ate lunch here and ordered a variety of dishes to get a good sample of their food. First, this is the most authentic Mexican food I have eaten since Salinas CA and northern Mexico. The food is prepared in the old fashioned way, with authentic ingredients and sometimes long coking time. This tasty refried beans you will not find outside of Mexico. The tortillas are hand made and thicker than at the generally inferior Mexican restaurants throughout Tallahassee. The carne asada tacos with extra cilantro were perfect.
