Extremely mediocre food, served very quickly to maximize table turnover. (We were there just 40 mins.) Enchilada sauce and mild salsa were nearly flavorless, most closely resembling ketchup.

I had a very good experience here and the food was amazing. I got the #6 one beef one cheese enchilada with rice and beans. My relative got a alacart beef burrito deluxe and I got a horchata and my relative got a coke. I strongly recommend both of these.

4 people all ordered different dishes. Food was well prepared. Balanced seasoning, delivered hot. I requested a very spicy salsa and it was spicy with at least two distinctive pepper profiles. Reasonable prices. Would go again.

Great little Mexican restaurant. I had the best chicken burrito covered in cheese that I’ve ever eaten. Believe me this was something as my wife is Mexican and a fantastic cook. You guys gotta try this restaurant if you get in the area.

Food has been improved upon greatly. Crab quesadilla especially good. Hot salsa had plenty of cilantro, yum! Never have loved the atmosphere but new decor is an improvement. Service during this visit was not as attentive as usual.

We all, by that I mean my wife, son and I all enjoyed our lunch here today. There was plenty of seating and the service was fast. The chips came out with 2 different salsas one was pretty hot and the other not so much but both had great flavor. Everyone likes their food and cleared their plates. If I am ever in the area again I would consider this a place to stop. Also the lunch menu is everyday from 11 to 3.

We’ve been coming here for 12 years. It’s our favorite restaurant in St.Matthews because the staff has always been so hospitable; they strive to provide us with a great experience every time we step foot in the back door. The party room in the very back is great for events. We’ve busted a few piñatas over the years!! Delicious salsa, margaritas and fajitas! The restaurant is freshly painted, has new high back private booths and a new menu. Thanks El Torasco and the wonderful servers who keep us coming back weekly!
