This place deserves a higher rating. It is the best al pastor taco place in the area, and one of the only real ones. It is a typical hole-in-the-wall, nothing fancy but super authentic. Clientel were overwhelming Spanish-speaking, probably Mexican by their accents. The staff/owners were friendly and helpful, and the tacos were so good I came back a second time while in Palm Springs. Also, the prices are super affordable. This is a must-eat place if you are in the area!

Tables are poorly cleaned and the annoying radio was a little loud. First thing I noticed was the extremely filthy glass doors and outside glass walls from the restaurant. The food is good.

In this little Cathedral City Gem, you’ll find the best El pastor this side of the Mexican border the fresh vegetables and salsa bar are the perfect topping for mild or super hot salsa lovers there are fresh horchata and hibiscus tea for the perfect accompaniment Wednesday’s the Carnitas are only a dollar fifty per taco and their famous slow grilled el pastor tacos are 1.99 every Thursday. Go for four con todo (with Everything) you’ll thank me.
