Friendly service with menus friendly to non native English speakers (pictures of food you can point at ). This is authentic Mexican food. Not the American iced version with all the cheese smothered on it. The nachos are homemade and were warm.

We were looking for a central location (14 of us from different locations around US) to celebrate a 101st birthday and two engagements. We called ahead for reservations. They were gracious hosts, and the food was authentic & delicious. Great spot for a get-together. Gracias!!!

The food was delicious and the customer service was completely above and beyond! We haven’t found any Mexican places in the area that we love, but that changed today when we tried El Tenampa. The chimichanga and the tacos were excellent, and the rice and beans were delicious! I normally don’t like Mexican rice and leave it on my plate, but I ate every bite of this—it was moist and had a great flavor. We got takeout and ate it in the back of our van because our kids are too young to be vaccinated and we are not eating inside restaurants until they are. One of the owners must have seen us eating in the parking lot and came out to see how we liked the food, and he even offered to get us refills on our to-go drinks. We were so surprised and impressed at that level of customer service, and will definitely be back!
