The owner and manager took time out of their very busy holiday to say hello. Everything was delicious. Staff all worked together to be sure everyone was happy. This was their first Cinco DE Mayo celebration as the new owners. 5 stars for sure!

We were the first people when the restaurant opened for lunch. The man at the register kept staring at my husband’s service dog( vested) and started speaking spanish to the other people there about the ” perro”. We were seated and given menus. No light was on, I had my phone flashlight out looking at the menu. When the waitress came to take our drink order, I asked if we could have some lights. The food literally looked like slop. I got a combination dinner and could not tell what any one dish was from the other. All staff were sitting at the tables behind the register on their phones. I had to walk to the table were the waitress was and say ” Excuse me, can I have the check”. We have been here many times before. The food and service were so bad we will not be back.

The soft beef taco was so greasy & salty that I couldn’t eat it. The chips were stale. The salsa was super spicy. I gave 3 stars only because the chicken quesadilla was good. But overall, it’s definitely not as good as when the former owners had it 🙁

We sat on the patio and had a nice time. I ordered a shrimp salad. It was fresh and the shrimp was well seasoned and nicely cooked. I wish there would have been some kind of dressing or a chipotle mayo to go with it- just lettuce, tomatoes, shrimp and cheese seemed boring. Otherwise the wait staff was exceptional and attentive. The food was fresh and served quickly. I’ll definitely return and maybe ask for dressing instead and sitting and wondering. Silly me.

Drinks were great, but of your looking for a Authentic Mexican food experience this is not the place for you, more like over priced Taco Bell. When we complained we were told that there use to serving Americans and its very Americanized. The atmosphere was in no way Mexican. 1st time there and Definitely will not return.
