I ordered the cheese enchiladas, worst I’ve ever had, hands down. Beans and rice passable, but below average. Salsa and chips were good, 7/10. The thing that got me was 4 dollars for a small glass of iced tea. Server was good, best thing about this place. I can’t believe how this place has this high of a rating.

The small shop is on the side of the gas station. Plenty of parking. 10 or so small tables and chairs to sit 2-4 people at. Very limited menus. No chips and salsa or appetizers. Large variety of tacos and enchiladas is the most recommended item on the menu. Very polite young lady working today during my visit. Service was fast and friendly. Food was prepared to order, hot and fresh. Great option for a good taco, supporting local, and getting away from chain food restaurants. Nothing particular to rave about but good flavor. What you see is what you get.

First time eating here today, since my husband and his friend would frequent this taco shop raving about the tacos. I got one carnitas, one al pastor, and one bistec. Flour tortillas were fresh and delicious. I added the onions and cilantro for free on mine. Overall, everything tasted very good, my favorite was the carnitas they were so soft. Definitely will be back to try some other meats. Service was good too, fast and pleasant.

I went there with a friend. I tried the vegetarian options which were not on the menu but custom ordered, turned out really good. My friend tried their egg & cheese and Chicken taco which were good too. They have two sauces which were really good. Going back again soon…

I’m from California…. San Diego to be exact so I know what good Mexican food is. Texas has been a bit of a let down in the Mexican food department. This place however is probably a top ten and maybe made the top 5 for me here in Texas. Al Pastor FTW.

The atmosphere is obviously super relaxed. You can eat there or you can take them to go. Tacos de bistec were delicious and I truly loved the torta Jacky which has steak and chorizo and other condiments that made it delicious.i also got a watermelon water which was also really good. I am definitely going back more often. Recommend it!

Beware the prices online are not what they are here at the actual place. If it’s one thing I dislike is driving out of my way just to be lied to. If you have a good place near by don’t go out of your way. Or know this place is false advertising prices and is some of the highest prices I’ve seen. $7 for one sope. Like seriously!?? Be aware!!!

This is the ultimate “hole-in-the-wall” to get some great tacos at. They have all the traditional meats and ingredients in their food that you would find at a true taqueria. The gordita al pastor was especially mucho delicioso. Everything was fresh and had great flavor. I loved the spice of the green hot sauce at the table. I never would have known about this place if I hadn’t heard of it through word of mouth. It’s hidden in the back of a gas station and doesn’t look like much, but the food can speak for itself! I will definitely be back!

I was really entertained by the jokes on the wall and the food was perfection. The menu had so many options and the service was great. We’ll be stopping by again
