Love love love this place. Awesome barbacoa, tamales were excellent and the owners were great people. I only go to Del Río once a year on a hunting trip. El Toro will definitely be a place I can’t wait to get back to every year.

Food is good but is pretty expensive. $3 for a little miniture corn taquitos and $4 for a slightly larger one in flour tortilla. You basically get 2 bites out of the small corn tortilla for 3 bucks It would cost you $30 for a meal for one person.(10 mini tacos)
