Temper your expectations, these reviews are out of control. The food was just okay, and took quite a while to come out. The chicken was low quality with lots of gristle, and was not properly seasoned- this went for the whole meal, everything was lacking flavor.

Holy hidden taco treasure! Tucked in the back of the Sunoco, El Tropico was spot on for tacos. No hipster attempts at “Mexican street tacos” here—these tacos tasted straight out of Guadalajara.

Great food!! Right off I-64 5th street exit. The best healthy and tasty Latino food you can find. Back of Shell station, but don’t let that deter you. Locally owned and run. Making it on their own. YUM!!!
