The worst food i have ate in years, thd salsa taste like ketchup with spices added, the burritos loom like canned dog food inside for beef, the cheese is in huge clumps inside and looks spoiled and not even cooked. Thank goodness they serve on super hot plates so food gets somewhat cooked. Will never return.

Hair in fajtas. Server never checked on us. My enchilada was bland but I ate it. Margaritas were gross. Had to get my own Togo box and walk up to front without Bill. Overall it wasn’t a great experience. They took off the one Margarita that my boyfriend could not choke down. I don’t complain and usually give high ratings. We will not be going back.

Their food is delicious no doubt. BUT be careful ordering from the online menu. They now charge nearly double of what it states online. When ever this was brought to their attention they didn’t speak English. Go figure.! But honestly the items we ordered was good. Was just blind sided by the cost !

We reserved with this restaurant on Saturday afternoon. We had nearly 40 people following a graveside service and we were taken care of very well. Comments from everyone included this place was perfect and the food was very good. Service was exceptional. Some of the folks were local and many from out of town. This is a restaurant to support. Truly a jewel of Ava, MO.

The best Mexican cuisine around. It’s not an exaggeration to say El Tule Oaxaca Mexican Restaurant rivals some of Springfield’s top and most frequented Mexican restaurants. Best part yet, its located in Ava!The food is fresh tasting and quality which is something absent in other local Mexican restaurants. They have a extensive menu that is sure to offer something for everyone. Be adventurous and order something other than the same enchilada you always order when going to a Mexican restaurant. You will be glad you did. **Note** Menu items with a clock next to it are dishes that take longer due to being made fresh. Also, ask to try the horchata (cinnamon rice milk), it’s on point. My wife and I will certainly be returning. Best place in town.
