Just had lunch. Excellent food at a great price. I had the Bistec a la Mexicana. A very good value. Frosty mug of Negra Modelo. My first frosty mug in Rome. Ask for the spicy tomatillo salsa. It has more heat than the regular salsa which is also very good. The food did have authentic flavor which is hard to find. Lily, my server was very attentive and helpful. I will be back with my family.

My boyfriend ordered beef burritos and threw them up because the beef was nauseating. When we told the cashier, she responded with an “oh, that’s too bad!” and proceeded not to offer any sort of compensation whatsoever. Our friend, who also ate with us, ordered chicken nachos which were extremely dry and unflavorful. I got steak nachos which were mediocre.
