Just tried ELE Pizza here in Watauga, Texas on Watauga Road. Its simply fantastic! Got a large 1 topping Canadian bacon pizza (which they upgraded to a extra large and I didn’t ask, so score!), an order of Fettuccine Alfredo (it has a lot of cheese & chicken in it, too), and a bunch of garlic bread sticks, all for $20! It’s enough for my wife & I to chow down on for a couple of day, it would feed 4 easily. We had the hand tossed crust, which is almost a thin crust but a little thicker and very tasty. The Canadian bacon is thick and above par and the crust was completely done. Everything’s really good. Take note, they don’t have a dining room. Lucky for me, it’s a few blocks from my house!

Pizza was so delicious! They all had great flavor! Crust was cooked to perfection and the cheese was melt in your mouth good! Philly sub was full of flavor as well! The Nutella pizza was a great yummy dessert to top it all off! Highly recommend!

I met Luis one of the brothers that owns this little pizza parlor! We ordered the medium stuffed crust pepperoni with extra pepperoni. Darrell wanted extra cheese but I told him that since we were getting the stuffed crust that would be plenty of cheese ! When I called in the order the young man on the phone was very polite so far wonderful experience first impression is key! Placed our order and went to pick it up. Had a wonderful conversation with Luis. I asked if they had dipping sauce which they did I love dipping the crust in the sauce it was delicious! You can tell the crust is not premixed but from the taste probably made fresh daily! I waited 5 minutes after I got there, I was early, but my pizza came out hot and remained hot till I got home about a 10 minute drive.. I like my crust a little browner but it was soft and delicious. Darrell likes his the way we got it! I usually have to heat my second slice cause it isn’t hot this was! The sauce was flavorful and the perfect amount! The pepperoni was soooo good and the edges were turned up and crispy just the way i like it! Now let’s talk cheese OMG plenty on the pizza you know you have the perfect Melt of cheese when it strings for miles! Please visit this little pizza parlor! I promise it will be great! They have a great crew who just wasn’t standing around they were all busy! When the little girl brought me my pizza she opened it so I could see the deliciousness! We first taste with our eyes and nose and mine were happy dancing!

As you can see from the photo, not a ton of toppings. Not evenly distributed either. Overall a decent pizza though. I like the owners and like to support local businesses. For those reasons I will return to try their wings and sandwiches.

It’s a cute little place, very convenient to get to. They were friendly and quick with getting our food ready. I thought the DJ out front was a nice touch. The taco pizza was really good and the poppers were awesome! Will be going back!

Wonderful pizza. The toppings were plenty and tasted very good. The crust was great and cooked just right, nice and firm. Cheese was good too. This is not some generic pizza. Was great. The wings were great too. Cooked perfect, not mushy at all like at a lot of places. Just wish they had one selection of super hot sauce!
