Best Mexican joint in Milwaukee. Hip. Clean. There’s a night club on top of the main dining area. Our sever Olivia was excellent. She took great care of us and helped us customize our orders. I think it’s best for young and trendy foodies but anyone can enjoy. Watch out for the salsa. It’s spicy.

I was thrilled to check this place out, and they did NOT disappoint. Whether you’re a meat lover, vegetarian, or vegan, they have options for you. They definitely paid attention to detail with their pop culture inspired art. Overall they’ve got my thumbs up. So if you’re in the area looking for good quality food to put you in a good mood, this is your place.

Electric Lime was absolutely electric! Service was top notch to start. Very friendly, nice and made a conscious effort to check in with us. The cocktail menu was tequila focused and had great options from Anejo, Reposado, Blanco and Mezcal, great margarita fusions. The menu is priced just right and your serving sizes are typically more than enough to make lunch out of the next day, especially for bowls. Whether you’re getting tacos, burrito or a bowl they have a variety of options from traditional Mexican meats to vegetarian provisions. Even a fried avocado option (trickin’)! Would highly recommend going to Electric Lime. Wish we had an opportunity to sit outside. It doesn’t appear that they take reservations ahead of time but we didn’t have to wait for 5. Definitely excited to go back!

Staff were friendly and professional. The ambiance was cute. However, coming from a Mexican who lives in Chicago and travels regularly, these were some of the worst tacos I’ve had. The tacos were dry and chewy. The street corn was delicious though.

Don’t walk, RUN to Electric Lime to try their delicious food menu and check out their extensive drink selection! So far I’ve tried the House Salad bowl with grilled chicken which had the most delicious mix of greens, goat cheese, candied almonds and blood oranges..it’s a must try if you want something light and fresh..the flavor combo is just mouth watering!! I also had the street corn, which was so authentic and spot on!! Lastly I tried the ‘Trickin’ Tacos and when I tell you I thought it was a crispy, savory fish taco, I was surprised to know it was actually avocado! It was soo so good!!! Finally, I must applaud Electric Lime for their Efficient and friendly service. Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable about the food and drink menu and he made sure we were well taken care of! Overall very enjoyable experience. I honestly can’t wait to go back to!

5 stars because I just really liked the ambiance and the whole package. Street corn was AMAZING! Flavor perfection. You GOTTA try it! Tacos were not my favorite ever, kinda chewy like another reviewer said, but still good. The vibe was super fun tho and very nice staff, which made me enjoy the whole experience despite some of the food not being quite as good as expected. I didn’t get to check out the night club, but will next time!!
