Overpriced and lack of flavor define my experience with the food at Electric Owl. The burger was comically small and side salad and fry serving simply embarrassing. Our party was not impressed by any aspects of this place. Service was good, but not worth the cost for the amount and taste of the food.

Love this spot! Stopped in for a drink before a dinner reservation down the street and ended up canceling the reservation and eating there. The food is of high quality and prepared meticulously. The shrimp appetizer the bar tender recommended is by far the best thing I’ve eaten in months.

I love this place on sunset, I prefer sitting at the bar and enjoying the food and drinks. The bartenders are so nice. This place is so cool, and the ambiance and atmosphere are great. This open space makes it even greater.

We really liked this place. It has a cool vibe with great food and even greater customer service. Portion sizes are good. To those who say portion sizes are small, I say I’m sure there’s always a Denny’s somewhere nearby if portion size is all that matters. If you’re not that person, I highly recommend this place.

Train-themed restaurant with cute cocktails and shareable small plates. Came here with three other people as walk-ins around 7pm on a Saturday after watching a movie and we were able to get a table indoors immediately. Parking is available in the back as well as in the residential neighborhood. Credit cards accepted. They have nonalcoholic drinks available. Indoor and outdoor patio dining. Single occupant restrooms are on the righthand side of the bar. They do have happy hour. Service was very amiable.

Most overpriced and poor quality food on Sunset. They used to be good back in 2020 but sadly not anymore… I’ve given Electric Owl countless 2nd, 3rd, 4th chances and they very time I walk out disappointed. Most of their cocktails are batch made so it’s of the same quality as a batch margarita you’d get at your Florida aunt’s cookout. All the food is made with extremely low quality ingredients, which is crazy because in 2020 this place was my go-to spot for burgers, chicken sandwiches, salads, apps etc.

Great neighborhood spot, with a good happy hour menu. Staff is usually super friendly and decor is swanky for a neighborhood bar but you can still come in flip flops. Only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because of their hours of operation, I never really know when they’re open and when they are open the close relatively early for a bar.

Nothing but good to say about this place. Even got there 20 min before happy hour was over and was able to take advantage of the goods at a happy price. Food, drinks and Alex’s service were perfecto for the warm LA evening. It’s tucked away and we live close by but never ventured in…now it’ll be on radar for sure. Update…even better….happy hour on a Saturday until 7pm..lovely customers and great great staff..oh yea the foods cool too. Stop in!!
