We were in the areas so we stop by Elena’s today. Its a cozy spot with good food and service. Parking in Glendale is always a little tricky but it was well worth it. We ordered the Shish plate and the Lula kebab plate. Both came with a grilled tomato and grilled pepper

I originally came to this area to review mini kabob, but their price was so expensive at $33 a kabob plate, I decided to try this place instead. I’m glad I did. By far the best middle eastern food in the area, affordable prices too. Only let down was that they could invest in a sofa machine instead of charging each can of soda to customers.

You walk in, and the aromas scream good food. Authentic Greek Armenian feel. The owner was so welcoming, the complimentary garlic spread is mouthwatering-good. Secret home recipes! They give you a lot of food! My mom and I shared one combo plate, I recommend you get it with the lentil soup (delicious!). The service is SO friendly and welcoming.

It was a great place to relax and enjoy of the best Mediterranean food in a cozy environment. You can order from a wide variety of options in the menue but my special recommendation is ” Virginian Luncheon”; so you can taste all the yummy appetizers and entrees. Prices are reasonable and portion sizes are large. The staff are very friendly and nice. Do not forget to try a perfect aremenian coffee as well.
