Ok I’ve been here few times since it’s open. The other times have been hit or miss while it been getting established. We wanted to pop in for a fully unannounced visit and boy were we just shocked with the overall experience. This is a local place in the airport and it sets itself up as a destination spot. Not only are you getting fantastic views especially at sunset but the pricing is very reasonable for the quality of food you get. Appetizers are average $12 but we took the scenic route by ordering the tacos which come as two with choice of meat. We got the ribeye and asked for the chimichurri to be added instead of the salsa. These came out beautifully cooked with some fresh tomatoes and absolutely nailed the flavor for $12. We then had the beef short rib and Osso Buco with risotto. Firstly the short rib is sliced and has a glaze that works well with the meat. But. And I mean but. The Osso Buco is an absolute slam dunk. There’s plenty of tender succulent meat over an absolutely perfectly cooked risotto. I could eat this dish over and over again. At $24 for each main, I thought we were stealing honestly. The cocktails were fantastic and the cost for what you get is beyond what you get. I would not only try this place but go as many times as possible before they raise the prices.

Enjoyed my 65th birthday here with Alyssa as our waitress. She was above and beyond pleasant and very attentive. Enjoyed watching the airplanes. I’ll definitely visit again. It’s very rare to get this type of service at restaurants these days. Thank you for a memorable visit.

First time at Elevation89 was a great experience! The atmosphere is wonderful. The service was good, the food well presented and delicious. I split the lobster rolls with my friend. We both liked the creamy filling with chunks of claw meat. The Spicy Shrimp Salad was fresh and tasty. Will definitely look forward to doing dinner there in the future.

Small but clean restaurant in Ocala International Airport. The food was good, but I didn’t appreciate how the waitress brought me the stroganoff, which was wrong, then tried to tell me that’s what I asked for when I knew I didn’t. Didn’t ruin my experience though just was unpleasant at the moment.

Overall great experience with varied meal choices. Our waiter, Josh, accommodated my request for the scallop appetizer to be made into an entree which was delicious. My grandson enjoyed his meal of chicken tenders and french fries as well as watching the planes take off. We will definitely be back!

The dining experience is definitely one-of-a-kind because it is located in the Ocala Airport and has a view of the runway. The food, on the other hand, was satisfactory. Certain items on the menu fall short for example the Capellini Sonoma lacked flavor and the grilled chicken was not grilled chicken. The Airline chicken that my sister had however was really good. Overall, I’d probably return if in the area.

I took the wife here to celebrate something. I was stressed that they knew nothing about our reservation I made two days prior, but they were able to seat us. Waitress was on point, the food was really good. She had the lamb chops, and I had the steak and shrimp. We had the lobster rolls for an appetizer. Everything was very tasty and well prepared. A nicer place that sit down restaurant chains, but not overly expensive. There was enough up front parking when we arrived at 5pm. We will definitely be back sometime.

My wife and I finally made it here. We’ve been wanting to try it out for a while now. We should have come sooner. Very clean. All wait staff were terrific. Sat at the bar and ordered dinner. Josh was very knowledgeable about the entire menu. Great atmosphere. Can’t wait to come back and try a different dish. Just want to say again how knowledgeable and pleasant Josh was. We will be sure to ask for him on our return.

Flew in for a $100 hamburger. Greatly enjoyed it and have returned since then. Would recommend that pilots add this to their “fly to eat” list. First time there was seated and served quickly but second time there was a wait. Glad to see an on-airport restaurant doing well but keep potential for wait in mind when planning to visit and consider reservation.
