The combination plate was delicious, that one i highly recommended. I didn’t take a picture of it because my husband had already started eating. We also had beef and chicken shawarma which was also good but next time I go I will definitely get tge combination plate.

I don’t typically post reviews but after 2 bad experiences I felt the need to. The 1st bad experience was about a month ago. I ordered 2 chicken schwarma dinner plates and asked for them to put the chicken on the side. They gave me a small container of chicken half filled for both dinners. I asked where the 2nd container of chicken was and that is when I was told that was the chicken for both. I was upset but I just kindly asked if he could divide and put in 2 containers and when he did he could see just how small the portion was so he added more chicken. Today I went back and got a salad with chicken schwarma on the side. Mind you in the past when I ordered this way I got the same size container as the one he tried to give me for the 2 meals fiasco, this is how I know that for two meals it was way too small of a portion. Well what I received today is just insulting. They placed my chicken in a container for sauce. I will NOT be back. Shouldn’t have came back today after what they tried last time. Raise your prices due to inflation but don’t cut your portions for customers, especially loyal ones that have been coming for years.

We are visiting from out of town and just had to try this place out Everything was amazing! We had the shawarma fries and the combo plate. The food was fresh, hot, and the perfect kind of spiced. But the best part was the baklava. I have never had any that good! I wish i had one of these near me in NJ, I would be there all the time.

My fiance and I got the chicken shwarma, veggie plate entree, and some baklava. Portions were nice, the extra pita and sauces on the side were wonderful, and everything complimented each other really well! My only critique was the chicken was kinda dry, but nothing some sauce couldn’t fix. The piece of baklava we got was small, but really buttery and delicious!

This type of food is usually fresh and delicious so I decided to give these guys another try. Years ago i had visited but was not at all satisfied. So today, being Monday I decided to splurge and spend some money but eat good. Besides when you pay close to $20 for a plate one expects that the food at least will be good and fresh. But that is not what i got. I understand times are tough and restaurants have to jump thru hoops to stay afloat, but when you decide to sell expensive food and you served your customers food that is one step away from not being eatable, that is a problem. I ordered the Beef Sharmawa it says that its prepared on a rotisserie fire slowed cooked to perfection, i though i was getting the works, the grilled tomate and pepper, the hot pita bread and delicious rice, instead i got something that resembled prison food. The beef was heated and old, the rice was cold, the tomatoe salad not up to par, and the only thing i enjoyed was the humus that i could had bought at the store for $3 dollars. And i realized this is the reason this place is not packed, because this place decided that despite their high prices, it’s ok to served below average food. If they cared about their customers and took pride in the food they were putting out, things would be different. If you are not willing to serve authentic fresh rotisserie food, then don’t charge the customer the price tag for it. We are not stupid and we still have to eat your disgusting food. You can tell by the meat and all the meat pieces in the rice that this meat had been frozen and reheated. I had a hard time eating this plate and i can’t believe i paid $21 dollar for it. But the joke is on me for trusting that they had gotten better. Definitely not coming back any time soon.
