Ordered the Singing Hills Roll. As you can see in the pictures, the tuna was waifer thin and not more than an inch square. More rice than anything. Plus it was $16 for that!

What a great addition to East county. Gaslamp bar with mixologists and great food. Ask bartender Tony to mix you up any drink with your favorite booze. Sushi bar is great and Friday and Saturday night they have a DJ.

Very Disappointing. I had reservations at 5:45 for 3 and the hostess took 5 minutes to “give us a place to sit” even tho there were only 2 tables taken. She sat us in the way back, with this tiny round table, too dark and had to take a chair from the neighboring nice table that was open. Our server came over, took one look at us and said, “how about I move you to a much better table because I can’t believe you were put here”. That was the ONLY good thing about our experience. So she moved us to one of the open 10 tables but we weren’t in her section anymore. Too bad. Our new server wasn’t attentive at all. My ice tea sat there empty for 15 minutes or more. We all ordered our own Oysters on the half shell and the spicy chicken wings. New server comes back, they are out of oysters. Wow. Okay. I ordered the Pork Belly Bao Bun. Server comes back, the pork belly won’t be done for about 2hrs. REALLY??? So we had finally had it and just had sushi rolls because apparently Thursdays are all you can eat rolls for $25/person. They were ish. You can get that anywhere. The only good roll really was the Dragon Roll. High five on that one. Oh, and the hand roll was really good but I’ve never had a hand roll before so I can’t compare. Either way, I’d give it 1 star except for the super sweet server that moved us to an ADULT table instead of a nightstand, and the dragon roll was super yummy. We won’t be back.

Took myself to Sycuan Resort on a staycation and wanted to treat myself to a nice solo dinner. Had the seasoned edamame, veggie bao buns that were incredible, and two virgin margaritas (non-drinker). Sushi is all you can eat on Thursdays! Inside is very upscale but patio seating overlooking the pool and dehesa valley is my preference. Better service than I expected as well… very pleased.

This atmosphere is a very sexy and romantic. It’s inviting and cozy. During COVID they do a great job with spacing and social distance. They have a bar and plenty of seating. I loved the fireplace and the view of the pool. The food was good but I’ve had better. It was more of the experience more than anything. The staff was friendly and attentive, made sure we had a great experience. I would recommend it.

Had a good time, excellent sushi. Went on a Thursday night for “all you can eat sushi”. Didn’t over-order, but was a little disappointed that they threw away the left over sushi rather than letting us take it. We ordered quite a few drinks and were into the bill for $250. …we obviously were not cheapskates taking advantage. …the policy just seemed wasteful.

Ordered drinks, 10 minutes later ordered our food. Food came before drinks and about half of us got incorrect orders. I upgraded my ramen to include the lobster tail, and received the lobster tail but not in the ramen I ordered.

Omg!!!!Pork Belly Bao Bun amazing! So delicious wow wow wow! It won’t disappoint you. Sushi needs more flavor compared to Tabu Sushi, it totally needs more flavor just had shish lucky and singing hills rolls and they need more flavor. Shishito peppers delicious and the spicy Korean chicken wings so very delicious! Sushi prices don’t match the flavor/taste. Atmosphere awsome place for intimate date night. Make reservations.
