This place is super cute! Appears to have been built in an old house. I ordered a large turtle frappe. It was very good: sweet with a lot of chocolate. Customer service was amazing. They did not know much about gluten content (I have Celiac disease), but they were super sweet. I would love to return!

Eli’s in Morton is my go to coffee shop. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They have an app and rewards program, making being a return customer even more worthwhile. The coffee is so good and not super expensive.

I have been coming to Eli’s since 2010, and I moved to Morton in 2019. I have loved the atmosphere and quaint ambiance for years. I used to work and study at Eli’s. Now I’m quite busy, but I pop in from time to time for a to go order. Over time I have observed the attitude of the baristas growing ever more entitled and without regard or understanding that customer service requires a polite interaction with patrons. This AM the servers demonstrated not being trained well on the new checkout system. I offered grace and encouragement, but when I asked the server to make sure the cups I was reaching for were my orders, she completely snapped at me. When I said thank you, she turned away and put her head down- that was my experience, and this is my common experience at Eli’s lately- seems to be the work culture. The baristas behave as though the customers’ questions and pleasantries are a hassle, and it takes a long time to get an order ready. The service/product is not good enough to tolerate rudeness. I love to support local businesses, but at this point, why wouldn’t I go to Starbucks where I know I will receive friendly, helpful service? #annoyed #fedup

If I could only drink from one coffee place for the rest of my life it would be Eli’s. Their specialty drinks are to die for. The monthly “cause” drinks are so inventive and delicious. My husband hates coffee and he loves “The Diva” which is just so him anyway and makes me laugh every time I order it. The Bohemian is my tried and true drink but I’ve had pretty much everything. SO yummy.

My wife and I enjoyed some hot chocolate and breakfast egg, ham, and cheese on a biscuit sandwiches at Eli’s Coffee Shop during a recent visit to my brother’s house in the area. We liked the homely feel to the place and we enjoyed the good WiFi connection. The staff was friendly and the service was pretty quick. There is another sitting area upstairs that is more intimate if you wish for a bit more privacy.

Terrible customer service. Took them 30+ minutes to make a single drink after ordering the drink. When confronted about the length of time it was taking the employee had attitude and stated in a disrespectful manner “we are busy and we are working on it”. If I could give 0 stars i would.

Stopped here on June 13 2022, day 2 of a 6 day bike tour. It was hot and humid, but Eli’s was refreshingly cold. The coffee was excellent, and a scone was perfect.
