I wanted ribs but at 7:00 pm they were gone. I settled for 8 wings (2×4) with mild sauce for a total of $6. They were excellent. Cole slaw very good also. I would have given 5 Stars if they had the ribs I went there to get!

My first time! Locals in Youngstown bragged about this place so I had to see for myself. I ordered the rib and wing combo. The sauce is pretty good. The meat was not over or undercooked. The yams were absolutely the best I’ve ever had and the German Chocolate cake did not disappoint! Decent mac and cheese and baked beans! I will visit here for take out again.

The food has gone down as far as im concerned chicken was way to salty (coming from a person how adds salt to everything),sweet potato pie was dry/burnt and when i tried to return it i was told it wasnt burnt, there is a woman in there that has an attitude problem. Really not sure what happened since i moved away from home but the sauce is still good!

Just tried Eli’s for the first time a few days ago. I was very impressed. I purchased a half rack of ribs and oh boy did those beauties pull right off the bone. A lot of restaurants claim to have the best ribs but they just don’t know what a good rib is nor know how to purchase good meat. Well Eli’s, 5 stars, keep up the good work and may i add the BBQ sauce is to die for!

Food was ok at best. As many others said, service is crazy slow. I know it’s small mom and pop place so I try to be patient. But wow. Been there several times over the years, but haven’t been in past 4yrs, so figured try again. Probably wont be back. The place on parkman rd is far superior.

Gets NO STARS. I never seen a place that move so slow. Will tell you your food will be ready in 30 then when you get there they talking bout 30 more mins smh lol. I waited 30 mins and while there the phone kept ringing and nobody answered it once. So you have to go in to place a order wasting your time. They been around a long time but it’s just not the same. Time to shut it down now cause they just robbing people of there time and money with the so called ribs they sell

The people who work there move slow as snails. If you order your food they’ll tell you 45 mins and when you get there youll have to wait at least another 25-30 mins. Food is good but service is horrible. Dnt believe me order from there and watch how long u wait smh

Wings have a great crunch but are still quite juicy. Remind me of one of my fav wing spots on the Lower East Side. Ribs are smoky goodness that everyone in the area should experience.

Sorry but not sorry, went on my lunch break so very disappointed, sauce was horrible definitely not the original Warren barbecue sauce.. very friendly workers but without that sauce it’s not Eli’s. You may want to think about hiring some of those Warren Cooks back or maybe changing to a different name can’t keep the Eli’s name without the sauce.
