This restaurant by far has the most delicious Peruvian food, omg. You gotta have their lomo saltado and/ or seco. We also tried their chicha morada and it was very delicious and refreshing. I highly recommend this restaurant! I will be back again soon, thank you!!

Had lunch here today with some friends and it offers authentic Peruvian food. Food came out promptly, the staff was nice and we had a wonderful time. Very reasonable prices and regular sized dishes.

Small restaurant that fills out quick. I went at 11am on a Sunday. Service was great and fast. I had a vegetarian chaufa with was delish, papas a la huancaina were good and a humita which was a little dry. Portions were large. There is no dedicated parking so I had to drive around to find on the street. I will definitely go back next time I am in San Diego.

The good: believe I found another hidden The food here is so good. The staff was knowledgeable and patient with us. The food was hot and out of the dishes we got it was more than enough to feed 3 people. The calamari was delicious. The beef dish that we got fell apart the chicken was shredded and the sauce it was served with was amazing combination. Would definitely eat here again and would recommend 2 friends there’s 2 friends.

Eli’s is my favorite Peruvian restaurant in San Diego. Location is a little rough but once you’re inside the restaurant is nice an clean. Servers were attentive and friendly even though the place was almost full on a Sunday. The food was great, from the Ceviche, beef soltado, the bean dish, and the ice cream. Definitely will be visiting again

This is my group’s favorite dine in restaurant after church, and we all consistently rave about the food! The beef empanadas drew us in, but the Lomo Saltado and Seco con Frejoles keep us coming back! My wife and I appreciate the serving sizes also as there is either enough to share or easily get two entrees and take some home… if we can even stop eating it! Thanks Eli’s!
