Overall, great experience. Pizza is somewhat soggy but still good. Servers did great! This is right beside the colesium and you see a variety of customers coming through. I dined in but tale out seems very popular here too! The pizza special is a great deal. 36 dollar dinner for 2!!

I’ve ordered from this location several times before and the food was good and the service was fast (not very friendly though) but the service and food have gone downhill lately. I picked up an original Stromboli last night and it was burnt to a black crisp on the bottom and the top was burnt as well. I didn’t pick it up until around 9:15pm so by the time I got home and noticed it was burnt they had already closed. We had to rip off all the bread on the bottom and half the top bread just for it to be edible so it was basically just cheese and meat, if they were still open I would have definitely taken it back but that wasn’t an option. When my husband went back the next day to ask for a refund or store credit to use on our next order he was told he was a liar and that there’s no way it could have been burnt so we could not get a refund. They did end up giving us another Stromboli which we didn’t even want, we just wanted a credit for next time we ordered or a refund but the manager working tonight was very rude and it wasn’t even worth the frustration. The Elizabeth’s in Thomasville has better food and better service, it’s worth the drive to not have to deal with this locations horrible customer service.

It pleased us to find this location open when the others in Winston-Salem we’re closed for July 4th. The staff was awesome!! The food was wonderful. I would highly recommend this location in over the others. I would also recommend their steak and cheese sub while my husband highly recommends the pizza. Nice Italian background music as well as television viewing available.

Awful customer service. The pizza was raw and folded in half in the pizza box because it was not a big enough box. Then they would not refund my money. Terrible customer service. They also forgot my celery and my wings were dry and awful. We will not be coming back. Just know you will not get a refund even if you try.

We ordered a 16” Large Sicilian Pizza, Calamari Fritti, and a Child’s Spaghetti through Postmates for lunch and were pleasantly surprised by the size of the child’s spaghetti. I mean, look how much came with this thing! Unfortunately, that was the only exceptional part of our order. For 3 items and a $50+ tab later, we were unimpressed with the calamari which was more or less what you’d expect at any pizza spot and we really wanted to love the pizza which looked saucy and cheesy at first glance, but after biting into it, tasted like a mouthful of bread with a thin skimming of sauce and cheese on top. I wish that saucy and cheesy layer ran deeper into the dough so that it tasted more like a balanced pizza. I’d try again if this changed, otherwise, there are many other places I’d choose to enjoy pizza.

I was highly impressed with my order. I order 2 XL slices of cheese pizza (to go). They were so delicious. Might I add, the brunette lady at the front counter was very kind and patient with me, since I never ate at this location before, and their menu had a wide range of food options. I will definitely return, and probably order something different.

The first time I ate something from Elizabeth’s I had the Elizabeth’s Special Pizza. That thing was Huge and tasted very good. Not impressed with the garlic knots. Second time their I had the “small” Sausage Stromboli (see picture) and it was fantastic. The peppers, onions, sausage, and marinara dip provided a symphony of flavors that was surprising and enjoyable. I also liked the mozzarella sticks. If I had one complaint about the restaurant it’s that there are no napkin dispensers at the tables, which can be inconvenient because a lot of the food is very messy/saucey. Would recommend.
