We had a very good meal! The calabacita con pollo was the lunch special today and it was flavorful and hot! I had some breakfast tacos and they tasted great! Tortillas were soft and fresh! Server was very sweet and attentive. Great food all around!

We have been going there since I was a kid. They moved a few stores down to accommodate their growth. Ms. Elizabeth is a true gem. Her employees are always polite and know my folks by name. My 1st time here… and OMG this place has the BEST flour tortillas! They are fluffy and so soft!! Their tacos are delicious, well seasoned. I ordered their whole pork chop with bean taco. The chop had the perfect sear, on point. Their horchata was refreshing and not too sweet, it was just right!! Oh yes, the staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive!

I asked the owner what’s wrong with my carne guisada plate, after showing him the meat (pictures provided) and he claims that it’s the “nerve” . To me it looked like rotted meat, but he assured me it was “fine”. I don’t know for sure, but what I do know is if I do get sick after eating what the owner of the restaurant himself told me that the meat was fine I’m suing! Health and safety in the food industry is a MUST!!
