A perfect Up North bar! Decorated accordingly. The food was great, quick, and generous portions. Great selection and reasonable prices at the bar. I had the french dip which was so good (they even toasted the flat bread) that i drank the au jus LOL. My husband had the wet burrito and loved it. We also had fried mushrooms with ranch for an appetizer. We will definitely stop again, and it’s right off 75!

We stopped here traveling from Mackinac Island to Lansing because we needed a bathroom Decided to stay for lunch and the food was SO good. It was the middle of the afternoon on a Wednesday and yet the staff were super friendly and gave us great service. Did I mention the food was super good? I bet this place is super fun in the evening and during the biker nights. They have a really cool-looking patio area that wasn’t open when we were there but man it looked like a good time.

Definitely stop in here if you’re visiting the area. I pulled up after hiking parts of the high country pathway and ordered the rodeo burger and some fries & gravy. Great price point And quick service.

This has been one of the better bike nights over the last 4 years. The food is always good and live music as well. Sometimes it’s so packed that the waitresses are a little backed up, but they get the job done.

This was a very nice place to eat. I wasn’t crazy about the decor (lots of animal heads on the wall and taxidermy). But the service was friendly, cheerful, and prompt. When we came, in the bartender told us the kitchen was about to close, but the guy in back said he wasn’t in any hurry. We placed our order and it was cheerfully delivered in just a few minutes. The bartender/server took good care of us and everyone there seemed to be happy, friendly and having a good time. There’s an outdoor space in the back which we didn’t see. Indoors there was a pool table and a juke box.

Perfect spot to stop for a quick burger & beer. Our kiddos got grilled ham & cheeses and amused themselves playing eye spy with all the different animals No kids menu, so keep that in mind for pricing. The lady that was our server/bartender/cook was attentive, efficient,and perfectly friendly.

My family was returning from Mackinac Island and we decided to stop at Elkhorn Grill. As we got off the exit it didn’t have much traffic but when we got to Elkhorn Grill to order breakfast the food was delicious. I would definitely recommend the Big Horn. My wife and daughter loved the short stack pancakes and sausage! Next time we pass through we will be returning.
