Great coffee every time and their bowls are so good unlike most places that sell grits these are amazing. Way better than smaller one.

Great breakfast spot. Their sandwiches to order where excellent and their black coffee was alright. Their specialty drinks look yummy.

Friendly staff, clean sitting area, and great coffee. Had a ham, egg, cheese croissant and it was incredible. Wonderful start to my morning, will make this a go-to anytime I’m in Douglas.

I have never left Ellianos disappointed. They make everything to order and wait times are reasonable

I’m a huge coffee drinker. I live in Florida and usually drink Dunkin. The first time I ever came to Douglas, my girlfriend had me try Ellianos. OMG.. I knew this was gonna be my spot whenever we visit. The staff is also so friendly and professional. I look forward to my next visit

Sugar free frozen Frappe’s are wonderful. Don’t care for the super loud “music”. Otherwise, the visit was very nice.

Typically I love Elliano’s. I live in Dublin so I always look forward to it when we come home to visit. This morning I took my 4 year old little girl in for a coffee/hot chocolate date and was very disappointed. This is the one and only time I’ve ever been disappointed here. So, not trying to knock. I just think someone should be aware. Nobody was rude. But the atmosphere felt rather unprofessional and not family friendly. I love music but the music was not appropriate for my little girl. We got a hot chocolate, coffee, chocolate chip cookies, and blueberry muffin. After paying we found out they didn’t have chocolate chip cookies. So, I said we’d try a different kind. My 4 year old didn’t approve, which is fine. Life isn’t perfect. But it would be better to let your customer know before they pay for something that they don’t have it available. I feel like I’m being petty. But if I was a business owner, I’d want to know. Thanks for listening!

There is no way that this is better than Starbucks. The staff are polite, but it’s expensive for the coffee I’m receiving. The coffee flavor is not consistent. Most of the times it doesn’t even taste like coffee- more like coffee-flavored water. My order is very simple and unfortunately I have seen them do it wrong when I’ve been the only customer at times. The wait is not worth it. I hope Starbucks opens soon.

I haven’t been inside the store itself, instead using the drive through service, but the staff was friendly and the coffee was nice and strong, bitter with just enough sweetness to balence it. French vanilla latte was what I got this past time around. Was only about a 15-ish minute wait in line, about 3 vehicles or so. Overall it was a pleasant experience and a great way to start my work shift with a boost.
