I go to the Waycross Ellianos location a lot and always have a wonderful experience. The Ellianos cafe shop in Douglas is great but this location was not up to par. It was not busy and my drink was wrong. The staff was not their normal helpful self and seemed careless throughout the experience. I will not go back to this specific shop. Lesson learned. The other locations are wonderful though.

Depending on who is making your coffee, it may or may not be made right, and it got to be too much of a chance I’d get something & end up wasting my money bc it wasn’t made the way I had asked. I will say they have the best smoothies in town though but I use starbucks for my coffee
