Had the mushroom aglio olio and that is made canned mushrooms (not listed as such on the menu). I would not order again because of that. I was expecting sauteed mushrooms. The bruschetta is MOSTLY shredded mozzarella with some chopped raw tomatoes oil and herbs. I’ve never seen bruschetta like that and would prefer what I’ve seen traditionally. Servers were very nice. The sandwiches were enormous and looked good, the pasta servings were huge too but I would try something else next time.

First experience and definitely not our last. My husband ordered walleye, and I ordered chicken Parmesan with spaghetti. Had an appetizer, but with so much food I could have omitted this. I had enough chicken parm for 2 more meals. Great food, pleasant staff, and reasonable prices. Had their pizza last night, and our Son had lasagna today (he had half left over too so we got to try it. 2 thumbs up). Looking forward to being our new Friday fish fry place.

Nice people, excellent food. No handicap parking, and the entrance was not handicap friendly. Inside could really be freshened up from circa 1960’s & 1970’s decor. Dining area floor was out of level by inches. My table was out of level by approx 3/8″ which made for challenging seating and eating on a slope. Service started out good but dwindled significantly for the second half of our meal. A fun and unique evening.

Made an order for almost $200 the man who took the order read it back to me. I picked up the order for my business and was short a meal. When I called I got I’m sorry but you went charged for it. I wouldn’t treat my customers that way. Sad. Won’t go back.

You can see they are really trying and it shows. The food we were a party of 4 all ordering something different from the menu. The calzones ordered were fantastic. The fish fry I ordered was over cooked but still good. The pasta dish my daughter ordered was good but lacked flare. Bottom line we will go back and will recommend it to anyone because you could see how hard they are trying. Keep it up guys

Had my first ever Ellies experience tonight. What an amazing fish fry they have! The breaded shrimp was perfectly cooked, along with the perch, bluegill, and walleye. Caraway rye bread was even good. We’ll be back soon!
