Although it wasn’t on the menu technically, they made my burrito a chimichanga. I think they charged $2 for that, but I still appreciated the effort.

Huge portion sizes for dinner. My entree came with chips and salsa, guac salad, rice, beans, enchiladas, sopapillas, and natillas. Overall the food was on the bland side and the service was not so great.

Food was very good with huge portions for a very reasonable amount. Service was fast even they were busy. Overall, I really enjoy visiting here when I come to Albuquerque. If you haven’t been to Eloy’s you need to put it on your to do list! P.S. try anything on the menu, it’s all good!

I’ve been coming here for years. I moved away but it’s definitely one of my favorite spots to eat when I come into town. And I always make time for at least one meal here no matter how short my visit. I love their chili rellenos and sopapillas.

Visited Albuquerque for the weekend. Searched through Google for good “New Mexican” food. Found this place with great reviews, had to try it and it did not disappoint! Everything we had was delicious. Our server was awesome, very personable and courteous. Dishes are old school “New Mexican” style. Highly recommend this lil “whole in the hall” place! If Im ever back in ABQ I’ll be definitely eating here again!!

We enjoyed our entire experience here, the food was delicious, my picky daughter loved the beans and the owner was friendly and talked with us a while and told us about the story behind Eloy’s.. She was so nice, the waitress was nice, quick and friendly! We absolutely would go back again! The place is a little crowded but you know why when you try it!

My car was being repaired down the street, so I happened to stop in. The food was very good. It looked like the repeat customers of this locally owned business also enjoyed the food and the small, homey atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive. Sopapillas ❤️!!

We waited to be seated for a long time. We’re traveling so I wanted some water for my water bottle. I was told, in a rude way, I couldn’t bring my bottle in. They were more interested in helping a couple that came in after us. We left without eating.

The restaurant in general was nice. We got sat immediately, only because we were the only customers there besides the party in the next room. The food was sub par for the price. I ordered the Eloy’s combo and the enchiladas were kid size. Their chopped green chile was spoiled, which we brought to our servers attention. She didn’t apologize or offer to take it off our check. She told us, “that never happens” in a non believing tone. I don’t think we will be returning.
