Our first time ever to go eat here, it was absolutely Awesome Food, Service, Atmosphere, and everything in between! The food, was so delicious! I had Broiled Shrimp with mashed potatoes, Shrimp was so good! And my hubby had a Steak which he could literally cut with his butter knife! Now that is a good Chef who can grill a Steak to absolute Perfection! We will absolutely go back to eat at this Amazing Restaurant!

The steaks were great, the shrimp boil was great, asparagus was awful very woody, french onion soup was bland and no parmesan cheese to put on it, salad dressings were not marked so not sure what was what, service was wonderful.

Mother’s Day brunch was pretty expensive and most of the warning trays hardly had anything in them. Additionally, I wasn’t pleased that 18% gratuity was added to my bill along with another 3.5% for using my debit card.

Found a rubber band in my salad while eating it. Alerted the waitress and she didn’t do anything about it. She didn’t apologize or tell the manager to my knowledge. I wanted frog legs and they were out of frog legs and chicken pot pie. So I ordered beef tips and garlic mashed potatoes. They were ok. On the menu I saw their steak cost a whopping $70! Won’t be going back.

I love this place. This is my husband’s and I favorite place. We talk about trying someplace new. But never do because when you fine someplace that you love so much, why change. The drinks are always good. The bartenders are great and personable. Waitresses are always attentive. And being “regulars” they know just what we like. The food is what really brings us coming back time and time again. They have their regular menu that has all their regular stuff such as steaks and Alfredo and salmon and shrimp. But they also have their monthly features menu which switches up each month. This is very exciting and we love trying new dishes that they perfect each month. If you are lucky enough to be there when they have their famous ribs, that is a must try. Also most Saturdays they have prime rib. To die for. One if my favorites is their Friday fish fry. I personally am a cod girl. That is my favorite. You can get it baked or deep fried. My favorite app is the steak bites. I can’t go in there without ordering them. But I must say, their salad bar is amazing. This is really a great atmosphere and place to eat. I highly recommend.

From the moment we walked in the place we felt welcome. Environment was so relaxing and service was incredible. The first thing I noticed when I sat down was this huge load of bread. It is baked fresh daily right in the kitchen (not another bakery). The cook Jeremy really knows what he was doing. Not a single vegetables in the fire fettuccine was over cooked. The pork ribeye was so juicy and flavorful I had to ask how they cooked it. It then turns out the owner was our waitress!We talked for about 25-30 minutes about food, the area, the business, everything. Very, very nice lady. We found our local restaurant!!! Even from Menominee it’s only a 15 minute drive, and well worth it.

We love going to the Embers. Everyone is so nice and the service is spot on. No better salad bar anywhere ! That alone is worth the trip to the Embers, but their selection of food is spectacular also. Love the monthly specials. So happy they are close by, just wish they were open a few more days of the week, but can understand why not.

I stood up in my friends Wedding at Embers 1871 and the venue was stunning. The food was top notch. The staff was very helpful. The bartenders were quick at serving drinks. Everything was perfect. The regular dining menu is fantastic too.
