I was glad to see they were taking time for maintenance because the place looked kinda neglected. Sign said they should’ve been open again last Tuesday, it’s Thursday now and the sign hasn’t been changed, still closed, and looks no different inside.

I really hate giving one star reviews and I’ve probably given it one or twice during so many years. I really hate to do it but this place is so inconsistent and depends on whom is making your snoothy. Last three times my usual order (lean out) tasted like water, I swear it tasted so bad but I was in a hurry after coming back from gym and too tired to return to the store. I don’t understand how this could happen. They are supposed to measure everything and for 10$ snoothy this is not acceptable. I hope that management sees my review because I like this place and I like to support local businesses but they really lost mine. I noticed that staff are also very chatty especially with teenagers and don’t pay attention to customers. Highly disappointed in this place

At every emerald smoothie shop I’ve been to before, if you order a 24oz cup with extra protein, it expands when blending so they give it to you in a 32 oz cup cause you paid for the ingredients. This place doesn’t, so you won’t get the protien you ordered and they end up throwing 10oz way in their sink.

This is personally my favorite smoothie destination due to the good quality smoothies and the variety of options. The first time I went I got something chocolate related and it tasted amazing. Honestly I think they all probably taste amazing and theres a smoothie for anyone there so go check it out and you won’t regret it.

The smoothies have non-fruit ingredients that they will not disclose. On top of this I not only didnt get what I ordered but was given a smaller size then I ordered as well. Not at all happy with my experience. The smoothie tastes like the blender was dirty. I’m so grossed out

Had a wonderful experience here! Was greeted with big smiles and very polite employees. The owners also happened to be in and chatted us up, they were also very nice and genuine. Although this location is a bit out of the way from my house, I will be making extra effort to come here to support these guys!
