Smoothies that are truly worth it, something that’ll taste great and be nutrient packed all in one. I get more excited to go to the gym just to finish off with these smoothies! Smoothies here are always mixed well and hours are reasonable unlike some other ECS at other LA fitnesses. The PB power is my go to. Def a good source of protein after a workout

I’m not sure why in this location you pay almost double what you pay in other locations I think the employees overcharged a couple times now I know for sure not coming out here again would rather take my business to south center location
