I’m actually really upset with how down hill the pizza and wings have been lately. The pizza tonight literally has NO dough it is so thin it’s pretty much just the cheese. Wings are undercooked again. I love this place but I’m upset with the lack of interest on who’s making the food that brings in their money. Up the prices to keep the quality which is fine but that’s not the case with the last few times I have ordered. The slices are tiny in the large pizza’s. Hopefully things can go back to how they use to be.

Great pizza and wings at a price that won’t break the bank!!!! They went above and beyond. Kids wanted to get pizza stopped and ordered there, did not call ahead. Made my order and they said it would be about 25 minutes. 20 minutes later she actually brought it out to me!!!! That’s a rare service you don’t see now a days! I will be going there from now on to get my pizza. Not because I expect them to so things like that all the time, but because it was a great first impression! Thank you!!! Wish I knew your name!!!

They have delivered to my house for years including when it was pie guys and now won’t deliver my house is less than 3 in a half miles away and I’ve always tipped good but they will go across town to volney with is alot farther. Update: Sadly I think we’re done with this place, the pizza has been noticeably worse the past few months and is super inconsistent and then the other night we waited from phone call to delivery 1 hour and 50 minutes for a single large pizza. I don’t even care, but I called after an hour and 15 minutes to check in and didn’t even get a “sorry” or offer to cancel or refund the order.

Bout ten wings price went up 3 bucks by the time I got there and I got home (25 minute drive) just to see my mild wings were plain and wayyy undercooked. I asked for something to be done or a credit but they said bring them back in we will re drop them and put some sauce on them. Are you kidding me?!?! Terrible terrible experience and customer service. I would rate 0 stars but wouldn’t let me. Now il never feed my family of 6 there. Glas this was just for me on lunch. You guys are terrible

The employees are rude and and want to argue about the prices they have posted. I’m sorry but when your prices are listed as such and when I come in to pay and you tell me it’s more than what you have it listed as, you are a rip off and scam. Beyond me how this place has lasted as long as it has. That was my first experience with this pizza place and my last.

I ordered a large pepperoni pizza with a drink and it came up to 29.41$ it took half an hour to get here it was an amazing pizza I’m so glad I ordered from here I recommend Emeterio’s pizzeria. They also have much more than just pizza! The delivery man was amazing this was yesterday. Tysm

Either the management doesn’t care about the product or every worker there is just lazy. Stay away from the meatballs, only shop I know of that uses freezer aisle meatballs and taste horrible. Everything is hit or miss, some days it’s fine some days like today is horrible. How can you justify the prices with the product being put out? Especially when a large and 20 wings is 32.99 and 2 large and 20 is 37.99……whoever did the pricing for this place must not know how pizza specials work. And in all honesty these 5 star reviews must be friends or employees, customer service is not even there, how can you be in the food business and not have customer service?
