I went there to pick up some tacos. I put in my order at the counter, but while standing at the counter. I paid, I remembered I wanted flour tortillas, before I could ask for flour tortillas the girl taking my order was on the phone with another customer. When she got off the phone, I tried to ask her about flour tortillas, she just walked away. I walked after her, and she informed me it was too late, rolled her eyes, went to the kitchen, came out and told me they were already made. The tacos were very good, and obviously they were done fast, which was very good also. My only complaint is the cashier/ waitress. I did not think it was necessary to roll her eyes. I understand it is busy, but I had not even got my credit card back before she was on the phone getting another order.

The service was slow. We ordered chips, salsa, and guacamole as an appetizer and it took 20 mins of us sitting there before they asked if we were waiting on anything. (??) When we asked about the appetizer, they said they ran out due to take out orders and were making fresh. Our chips came out with the burritos and while they weren’t stale, they weren’t fresh by any means.

As a first time visitor I was excepting more of Emily’s from all the good reviews… it started off well with quick to take our order then it went downhill we waited for almost 30 minutes (only 2 other couples) for food and the appetizer came after cause it was forgotten the tacos were pleasant but the rice came cold sadly to say there won’t be a next time.

Truly a hidden jem. Delicious hot and fast food. This is my new goto for Steak tacos. Service could use some more training however all the staff were friendly and helpful. Give Emily’s a chance, you won’t regret it. Yum!

Thought the logo & name was cute so we walked in to order. No menu anywhere not even a handwritten one. Quickly googled. I believe only 3 choices of meat are offered. As we browsed online it started smelling like rancid meat. Instantly got that bad stomach feeling. So we left. I also didn’t like how it’s not even done yet. They are barely getting the place together. Not a good sign.
