As always, our visit to Emmet’s was exceptional. This time was a little different as we were having dinner during a storm and electricity was lost. The waitstaff continued with amazing service using cellphone flashlights and pulling up the blinds! Since power was down, our server even took it upon herself to individually create our tabs on paper. Before we left, the power came back on, but this was such a unique/unexpected experience and the staff didn’t let the weather stop them; they pivoted. Our food was fabulous, as well as the drinks. It was a very memorable birthday experience. Thank you Emmet’s for accommodating our large party and continuing to care for us when the weather had other plans!

There were 4 of us dining there tonight. The Big Easy pasta dinner was excellent. The shrimp and andoullie pasta was great and so was the beef tenderloin pasta. We had hurricane drinks that rival some of the best in New Orleans and the desserts were all great too! We definitely will go back!

Last night I ordered the “Shroom Melt” and asked if they could add some meat to the sandwich. They added a burger patty and I can honestly say without any question this was one of best sandwich’s I have ever ever eaten. I have never given a restaurant a review but just had to provide one. As a family we eat there several times a year.

A great menu on New Year’s Eve. Four courses which were all very tasty. I recommend it all. The steak and shrimp were especially good. It’s a nice atmosphere in the heart of Columbia. Some people have mentioned the price, but really you get a great meal for what you paid for.

My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful valentine’s dinner there Saturday night. Best sirloin I’ve had in awhile. Her veggie pasta with grilled chicken was amazing . Everything from start to finish was amazing just as I remember it.

Easy to find on the square. Busy. We made reservations and our waitress was very attentive. Design inside interesting to look around. Our French fried sweet potatoes were the best we have ever eaten. Offer alchol and some beer on draft. It does get loud talking and laughing. I would be comfortable taking my child there. This is very good food at $$ cost. I highly recommend very good food.
