I love Emmy Lou’s. The food is delicious. It tastes like home cooking, but it’s plated to look great as well. The best of both worlds. The restaurant is family-run and very friendly. It’s a savior for people in the area looking for good food that isn’t pizza or Chinese. As much as I love those options, I’m grateful to have Emmy Lou’s.

Great place, I had empanadas, rice, beans, and carne asada entree’. I was happily stuffed! The homemade sauces were a perfect touch to the meal. So happy to have a fresh mix in our restaurant options. Family run as well.

You want some fire bbq wings, this is the place! Good empanadas, great burger as well. Family owned and operated, very friendly people. Customer service A+ Highly recommend it!

I love this place! Food is amazing and the family that runs the place are great people. We will go for a quick bite for lunch or a family sit down for dinner and ice cream. Definitely recommend.

Exquisite! I ordered empanadas, pupusas and the chile rienos. The delivery person was very friendly. The meal arrived quickly, and was absolutely delicious. I will definitely order from here again.

I ordered a brownie sundae and I was served a brunt brownie. I figured this must just be a fluke or something so I decided to give the place another chance and I order another brownie sundae. Again, I was served a burnt brownie. I was quite disappointed because I used to love their brownie sundaes before the owners changed. Also, the overall quality of the ice cream has decreased. The previous owner used to serve homemade ice cream, and the new owner serves Hershey ice cream that can easily be gotten from your local grocery store; it had ruined the authenticity of ice cream store. Lastly, the price of everything in the store has been jacked up and the portions had gotten a lot smaller. It seems like the new owner cares more about making a profit rather than the greater community.

Very good guatemalan fare. Got the carne asada and rellenos..both were very well done. There beans and rice were seasoned nicely. They carry jarritos sodas to wash it down.

I have finally tried every breakfast item and can say that they did things right on every level. Family friendly atmosphere, staff is very nice. All around a great addition to the slate belt! If I could give more stars I would!
