Place looks like a dive but that’s ok. Many dive looking places have the best tasting foods. Unfortunately not this place. At least not when I went. My wife is from DR and I’ve had great tasting empanadas at many places. I tried several kinds at this place but because the oil that they fried tasted “old,” it ruined them. That’s too bad. Btw the mayo/ketchup is a DR thing not Mexican in response to the other reviewer.

Food is absolutely fantastic. The empanadas and combo plates are delicious. Very different from anything else in Concord and Manchester. Staff is always extremely nice. We highly recommend this place!
