Stopped in for a bagel, left with bagels, salads and sandwiches! Great atmosphere, great choices, the only thing that wasn’t great was the staff. There was a sandwich that didn’t have a description so I inquired and was told the # of the sandwich on the board rather than just tell me what was in it (there is absolutely no other people waiting for assistance so he could have simply stated the ingredients). He was equally unhappy when my friend ordered their sandwich as well. Maybe he had a bad day and I’m going to chalk it up to that because otherwise, I probably wouldn’t go again . But!!! The young lady that rang us up was the opposite, she was very sweet.

Empire Bagels probably serves the best bagels in all of the Hudson Valley. It’s the only place I know that makes a french toast bagel, which for those cinnamon raisin bagel lovers, is a must try. Pair it with the homemade strawberry cream cheese and you can’t go wrong. Besides the bagels, the menu is chock-full of tasty items. I particularly love the breakfast sandwiches. The staff is always warm, friendly and attentive.

Great bagel spot! The service can be slow at times but what do you expect? The food is always fresh and never disappoints. We love the bagels and the wraps from Empire. Can’t go wrong here. They have nice seating both inside and outside too!

Received soggy bacon on my BEC.. Twice! I work too hard to spend my money on gelatinous bacon, especially in this economy. I also can’t understand why coffee is behind counter.. Place looks great but execution could be better.

We were looking for a quick bite while house shopping in the area and stumbled upon this place, amazing bagels! Being from the city and being super critical of a New York bagel this is it! I am so happy were moving to the area and we can come here daily. They have so much yummy items on their menu. We will be regulars for sure!

The peanut butter bliss açaí bowl is the best! I’ve had many different kinds of bowls, from many different places, and Empire Bagels still stands as my favorite. The juices and smoothies are excellent too. The Watermelon juice is favorite. The sandwiches are also great. I’d just recommend ordering beforehand and picking up (they are always busy, which is a good thing), but it’ll make your experience better.

Ordered a Bacon and egg on a roll with SPK, ended up giving me cheese on it when explained no cheese. And I ended up with no ketchup or salt. they add just two strips of bacon to the whole thing broken in half for each side. Asked for a corn muffin toasted a bit with butter ended up with a burnt muffin, cant even imagine the other muffin i got. Service was okay. The lady looked like she hated being there. THEY will also charge you $2 more for avocado as if you get the whole avocado. Not a place I’d recommend.
