My family orders from Empire almost weekly and we can not complain! It all started with a late night chicken wing craving! The staff is super friendly and professional! We order once and was made aware of a deal that they had for what order that basically got us a free two liter. The food is always amazing and is my daughters favorite place for pizza. I don’t usually right reviews but we like to order from here. We had a mishap with money tonight but they handled it so well. I did snap alittle but apologized (I felt terrible and been having a rough day). Faith was super helpful and it was the drivers second day but she was also great. They were most likely busy on this Friday night and still managed to make the time to make sure the situation was handled well. We will definitely order again 🙂

We have been ordering for years. I can say in a word ,the best pizza place in Hudson Falls. Sometimes they do deliver late but I know this place has many customers and always they are busy. They messed up with my order couple times but always corrected later. Tonight got two pizzas instead of one. One of them was really well done so they made another one and send me two 🙂

I’ve been a loyal customer to this place for YEARS. Not anymore. The new manager “Murat” saw to that. They got my drink wrong 4 times in a row, and when I let them know, they offered to have someone come back out to bring me the right beverage. No one came. The next day I called to let them know and again the employees were very apologetic and offered $10 off. I thanked them and we hung up. 3 minutes later I get a call from the new manager named Murat (excuse the spelling). He was absolutely unprofessional, questioned me about what had happened in a rude and diminutive manner, interrupted me, and when I attempted to address his rude attitude, he cut me off again and called me “honey”. This man should not have a job.
