Was in right at opening they were super pleasant and welcoming. Went for the Fungus slice and it didn’t disappoint as usual. Order was ready in five minutes and it was nice and fresh right out of the oven. I would highly recommend this place as a great option to go with friends, family, or even take away. I see EMS and fire fighters here all the time so that’s when you know it’s good!

We are from out of town and have actually visited Empire Slice Nichol Hills two days in a row because we’ve enjoyed it so much. The pizza is amazing and the service has been spectacular both times- once carry out and once dine in. Both times we were happily greeted and promptly served. We will definitely be back!

Definitely, Empire Slice Shop is my favorite pizza shop. I’ve been to four different OKC/Edmond locations. Although, the original Plaza one is a favorite, the Nichols Hills location is were we frequently find ourselves stopping. The staff are friendly, helpful and fast. The location is clean and comfortable. There is inside dining as well as a few outdoor tables to eat when the weather is good. They have some different selections of slices to get every day (they post the selection by day) which makes it handy to try different ones.

F for lack of disclosure and vagueness. The website is vague, they dont tell you exactly what the gluten free crust is made of. Turns out it is rice and cauliflower which means they are saving $ by not using 100% cauliflower. They tell you that you can get any 10″ gluten free for $16 then charge more when you pick it up.What the heck is a $1 supply fee? The 10″ pizza is actually 9 1/4″, and they dont even cut it for you. Ripoff. Go anywhere but here.

Good pizza but routinely undercooked. Please add an option for well done cook to online ordering (extra cheese option too). Ordering by phone is hit or miss on getting it cooked longer, even when specifically requested, which is disappointing for the price point. Product itself is solid though!

When the Fungus Among Us came out I was a little taken aback by how it looked and didn’t expect to like it as much as I did. Quite flavorful. Anytime you are able to catch me off guard in a classic genre like pizza I’m gonna be impressed. Good stuff. Foghorn Leghorn was good too but I’m not a spice fanatic. It was mild enough for me to enjoy!
