All the staff was extremely attentive; when my order was ready a young gentleman came outside and let me know. Jess and Pam completed our To Go order and were extremely nice and personable. I work close by and appreciate being able to come in and order AMAZING food. Outside of that, the prices are half what major food chains are but this food tastes way better. Family owned business with the most friendly staff. Food is always spot on and fresh.once they had a water leak in the building and the manager/co-owner sent the staff home, once the leak was fixed,she decided to open and do everything alone so they can serve the community. I came in for the great reviews and this small deli didn’t disappoint. The marinara panini had a good balance of meat and bread. The vegetable soup was just like I had growing up and the sample of the chicken noodle soup was delicious. The employees were so genuinely nice. I couldn’t be more thrilled that I discovered this great place.

If you’re in Stockbridge near the hospital it will be worth your while to visit. Sandwiches were superb, I love subs but never had one as good. They give you your monies worth, and service was friendly. They show appreciation to their customers always.

I have yet to meet a dish I did not love at Empson’s! I am continually surprised at how flavorful each sandwich and every bowl of soup is! And the variety is fantastic. I have still not tried everything but I am giving it my best effort! I give my highest recommendation to anyone in this area looking for a quick bite for lunch!! Staff is quick, friendly and get every order right down to the smallest detail!! Well, I’ve made myself hungry. Off to Empson’s!!
