First let me say I am Puerto Rican and I have eaten from food trucks and majority of them are okay. This particular food truck is great and is not so much the food is the service and the professional staff that make the service. Ariel E Rivera the owner is an amazing person with great personality. Friends I recommend this food truck and service. Folks the food is prepared fresh right of the bag. Nothing is prepared, everything is maxed from scratch. The business also caters to its customers with music as you wait and eat at the establishment.

I was delighted with the mofongo. We had one with carnitas, one with chicken and we also had one plain. The steak sandwich was out of this world. It was a generous portion with left overs for the next day. Amazing Chef!!!
