This was a magical experience. It really felt like you were transported into a far off forest dancing and making merry with the fae folk. I definitely recommend it. The mashed potatoes were phenomenal!! I also tried mead for the first time, and I have to say it is my new favorite.

Have been wanting to try this place for over a year! Made our reservations a month in advance and told them we wanted a booth for our party of five. We arrived about 15 minutes early to our reservation and they said they were getting our table ready, perfect! We waited in the tiny waiting area next to a four top table that was smashed against the bar. When they said they were ready for us, they said actually this is your table. We have five people and they said oh we’ll add a chair, so when they added the chair it was actually touching the bar and my child could barely get in the seat and the people on the other side of the table are now trapped between the extra chair and the wall of the bar. We told the host that we requested a booth and wanted to be by the little band and actually in the forest experience not smashed between the bar and the window right where everybody waits to be seated, her response “oh yea you can’t make requests like that during the holidays.” So we got our flower crowns and ordered our food. After ordering, the server came back out and said they actually don’t have salmon or one of the beers we ordered so we had to switch a few items. Once our food came out, it was all decent but nothing amazing and definitely overpriced. The boneless short ribs were probably the table favorite. We are super disappointed because we waited so long to try this place and definitely didn’t get a fun experience. It’s over an hour drive for us so we won’t be back to give it another chance but I do think it could be a cool place with a few easy changes.

If you are short, the chairs are to low to the tables. The back area is so dark you can’t see the menu. Our food was not good. We sent one plate back after barely touching it. The prosciutto wrapped asparagus was terrible. The asparagus was to thick & the bottoms were not cut properly. The Beet Caprese salad had little to no flavor & several of the beets were not the right color or texture.

We had the best server there. She gave great advice on what to order. We had fondu and a crepe. The food was amazing. I would give them 10 stars if possible. The fondue came with a little of everything to dip in it. I can’t wait to go again.

Literally my favorite restaurant in Placerville! The food is beyond perfection. They have amazing vegan and meat eating options that are just so good. The green goddess salad is absolutely amazing. The atmosphere and weight staff are so great. We just love this place we come for special occasions! I highly recommend.

I was enchanted by atmosphere as walking in I felt like tinker bell walking into pixie hollows. Upon being seated I was greeted with my crown that lights up and made me sparkle. The fondue was amazing and was directed by my deer waiter to direct me and our table upon a adventure.

This place was fantastic! Six of us went and we got to try 4 different dishes. I had the Chicken Caprese and it was delicious. I also tasted the Jack Daniels salmon, short ribs and strawberry-goat cheese salad. We rounded it off with a strawberry banana Nutella crepe and a blueberry or was it raspberry key lime pie. Everything had so much flavor it drove out taste buds crazy. Tho I live in Florida I will be back and come here again. Highly recommended!

Food was great, mead was great, and atmosphere was ok. There were a lot of rowdy younger 20 year olds that made it hard to have a good conversation (only reason for the 4), as no one attempted to settle them. All of the waiters/waitresses were very nice and checked in often but not too much. We ordered a mead flight and all were good. I ordered the salmon and my husband ordered the short ribs. We also ordered the whiskey shrimp and toast. The toast and sauce was better than the shrimp but it was all good!
