Not sure why this place has 3.8 stars. We had a great time and meal. It’s a steakhouse on campus of the Ritz Carlton. Nice, mellow, intimate atmosphere. Bread service was great as a start. The wines and drinks are as you would expect from a high end steak house. We had the charcuterie which was awesome and wagyu carpaccio both were amazing. We shared the New York, seafood pasta and sea bass. All we’re great to amazing. The chicken dish was in the dry side and the steak was 4 star but a good steak which would make anyone happy. Sides were good as well with mashed potatoes and sauteed mushrooms.

Hmmm what to say. Trying too hard maybe. My wedge salad, which is a steakhouse classic came with dill and picked onions. Not a good mix of flavor. My wife’s filet was very good, will give them credit for that. The sides though weren’t great. Asparagus was burnt and mushrooms weren’t flavoured. I had the risotto – it was supposed to have truffles but there was no truffle flavour at all. Overall if you’re thinking you are getting an old school steakhouse experience, you are not. The service was good though. Shout out to Josh with his chocolate milk mixing skills and Elena who took good care of us and addressed our food concerns without question.

I went to this restaurant with my wife and mother-in-law and had horrible service. Our server checked in on us only once the entire time and it was an empty restaurant with only about 4 other tables of people. She was only catering to a table behind us that had two men and women. We also received an undercooked steak and had it sent back and it still came back undercooked. They gave us a complimentary cut of meat which did not taste good and an onion ring that had raw batter. The only good service we received was from Rosa who refilled our waters and took away our plates. She was the only good part of this place. I would not recommend this place!

Unfortunately had a poor experience at the enoSTEAK Steakhouse in the Ritz-Carlton. I had a reservation at 9:15 pm under the same name (I canceled it, but I decided to go anyway.) On arrival, the valet grated me poorly. I pulled to the valet parking. The guy opened my passenger side door and told me, “park your car, whatever you like. You are here for delivery?” I was like, no, sir. I am here because I have a reservation.

We arrived at the Ritz late yesterday and booked dinner here. The service was impeccable, and our dinners were absolutely delicious. We had a charcuterie plate, kids pasta, filet, and wagyu NY strip. Extremely impressed and so happy we forgot to take pictures.

We were staying at the Rutz and wanted to do a sit down steak dinner. We made reservations and were told there was no real dress code. It was casual dress but no beach attire. We showed up and were greeted warmly.

It was so great we went back a second night. We had a young woman named Alex as a waitress…her attention to detail and her personality were a key factor in our enjoyment of the restaurant…the food was prepared to perfection and all of the staff were top notch.
