I might be a bit bias seeing as my own family owns the place, but I can promise you, if they served awful food, I’d be the first to let everyone know. This place has always felt like home to me but it’ll also feel that way to you, considering EVERYTHING is made to order, so it’s fresh, delicious, and everything you could want in an authentic Hispanic cuisine experience.

This restaurant is in the airport at Ponca City. It’s a small town airport, I’ve heard people fly in, just to eat at the restaurant. Even the army flies in with a Blackhawk helicopter came in also. Food was very good, service very good also. The atmosphere good due to planes flying in, just to eat there.

Spot on. Been here twice and it’s been a solid place both times. Last weekend, there was a reasonable wait to get a table so they are doing something right. Get you some of the puffy chips. Salsa is really good. You can build your own enchilada plate. Had the pork with the green chili sauce. Great plate. Have yet to have a bad experience. You should stop in, they even have plane parking.

My first time to Enrique’s and it did not disappoint! Our waitress recommended the Fiesta Burrito and said I could get it with Steak and Shrimp so that’s how I ordered it! Shrimp is cut into pieces about the size of the steak rather than being a whole Shrimp like you get at many Mexican food restaurants. I felt like I got a piece of Shrimp in every bite!

Wow! Chips and salsa like no other. Great dishes with a Cuban flare. They also have very reasonable prices. The Deserts are fabulous as well. It is worth flying in to the airport to fuel up and have lunch at the famous Enrique’s. Also a local favorite. We will be back for sure.
