The food came cold through DoorDash. The chicken wings wasn’t cook enough that you can see the red inside the chickens. It was still raw. The fries was cold that it was hard to chew. The sauce tasted weird, but it’s not because of the sauce level but blood from the wings. I always get the wings from Epic Wings at Oceanside, but somehow i got it from Epic Wings at Vista. I should get the order from Epic Wings at Oceanside instead Vista. Probably order something from raising cane, too sad:)

This place was great 7 years ago. I visited today with my family. We dined in and it was the worst mistake. The chicken was burned super hard my kids couldn’t chew. Most importantly the service. The girls up front need to be trained or replaced they are so rude before you even order. They immediately hate you for walking through the door. You’re better off going to the San Marcos location where the service is much better.

Bogo special. Got no bread, got the wrong dipping sauce, got no vegetables. Pick up was supposed to be at 9. Order was ready at 945. Better than Oceanside, who canceled my order 7 minutes after I was supposed to pick it up at 8 because they ran out of chicken. Girl said they don’t get app orders until 30 after placed. . At least Vista tried

Yes, I ordered on a promo day. However, if they are going to be having promotions, then prepare your staff for the day! I waited 59 minutes for my order after being told it was gonna be 15 minutes. I finally get my order and requested my drinks- just to have the cups rudely and aggressively thrown on the counter.

Been coming here for lunch about twice a month for a few years and it’s always a hit and miss. This time they really frustrated me when I called to place an order for pick up and they hung up on me four times. I called, they picked up, hung up. I called back because I thought it was a mistake- they picked up, hung up. On the fourth attempt, someone very angrily said “YES, Epic Wings, what?” Aw heck naw, I’m sorry I bothered you with my business.

I love ordering the Chicken Fries with mild sauce..Taste Scrumptious!! Dont forget the Ranch on the side. I feel the lobby could use alittle TLC, the restrooms could use the same. Other than afew flaws the food was great and staffing was happy and wiling to help. Thank you.
