I’ve tried ordering numerous times later at night. Order is made and accepted, then I get a call saying they aren’t really doing deliveries anymore tonight. Why stay open and let people order if you are not delivering? I guess it’s too difficult to post the actual hours or they are just doing this to get out of work earlier……

Mr. Guts is just plain awesome. So are the subs. Narmer, Pudder, Vlash, & Comet Morehouse are some of my “go-to” sandwiches. The bread and the fixings always fresh & tasty. The Brisket Mac & Cheese is a solid side for almost any sandwich. Plus they offer “Couple-ups” and boxed lunch options that even comes with a cookie. You can’t go wrong with a bowl of their Broccoli Cheddar soup. Great sandwiches, awesome sides, and affordable prices.

I used to love this place they have gone down hill quite quickly lately with insanely long delivery times with no warnings that your food will take and hour and a half to get to you. I ordered food tonight and was missing an entire sandwich after waiting and hour and a half for my delivery and when I called the store to inform them of their mistake I was sent to the manager who accused me of lying regarding the missing sandwich and that there was nothing he could do to replace the order or rectify the situation. This company messes up my order repeatedly and have been very rude regarding making the situation better. I understand that mistakes are made but you still have to rectify the situation and make the customer happy in the end.

We’ve ordered MANY times for delivery (one time we ordered 4 days in a row). Each time we’ve ordered the food has been excellent, delivery has been prompt and everyone has been friendly. Not only has the food been excellent but it’s been correct. Every sub we order is plus or minus ingredients and they’ve still been correct. Thank you for a job well done.

If I could give this Zero stars I would. Delivery staff were 45 minutes late. When I called to check on my order they admitted they forgot about my order. I asked if I could get a free sandwich because they were so delayed and they agreed that would be fine, but they said delivery driver just left, so they would deliver it later. Needless to say, I never got the extra sandwich. I understand low staffing issues, but in a good business, it should not affect the quality of the product. My sandwich once I finally received what I had paid for were 95% lettuce and tomato. Step it up, I know you can do better. This used to be my favorite sandwich shop.
